NaVOBA Names Top 2016 Military Friendly® Supplier Diversity Programs

2016 Military Friendly (R) Supplier Diversity ProgramPITTSBURGH (July 19, 2016)—The National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA) announced today the best U.S. corporations committed to working with veteran-owned businesses in 2016 using data and responses from the 2016 Military Friendly® Supplier Diversity survey.

“NaVOBA’ s efforts to identify the best corporations working with veteran-owned businesses has grown dramatically,” said NaVOBA President Chris Hale. “We’re honored to recognize these companies for the exceptional job they do in working with America’s vetrepreneurs.”

Now in its 10th year, this prestigious list honors those large corporations that most successfully engage the nation’s 3 million veteran-owned businesses (VOBs) as suppliers. This year’s list of the Top 25 Military Friendly® Supplier Diversity Programs, which will be featured in the cover story in the July/August issue of Vetrepreneur®, NaVOBA’s national magazine, are:

AECOM, AIG, American Airlines, Anthem, AT&T, BAE Systems, Inc., Cummins, DynCorp International, Fluor, Grainger, IBM, Ingersoll Rand, Johnson & Johnson, NBC Comcast Universal, Northrop Grumman, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, NRG Energy, Inc., Pitney Bowes, PNC, Procter & Gamble, Rockwell Collins, Southern Company, UPS, USAA, Wal-Mart Stores Inc.
