Free Survey Assessment and New Membership Options Help Companies Build Successful Veterans Programs Based on Leading Practices
PITTSBURGH, PA – Victory Media announced the opening of the 2014-2015 Military Friendly® Employers survey today, an online assessment based on more than a decade of research in recruiting and retaining military talent. Interested companies can qualify for rights to use the coveted Military Friendly® trademarked designation through a voluntary and rigorous survey assessment. Both the assessment and rights to the Military Friendly® designation are made available to qualifying companies at no cost.
New for 2015 are Military Friendly® Employers Membership options, developed in response to inquiries from companies seeking better ways to leverage their earned Military Friendly® designation to attract military talent, and to meet new Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance standards. Membership options include solutions to benchmark practices, train staff, attract military candidates, satisfy compliance measures and build efficient veterans’ talent acquisition programs.
